We are currently constructing 57 houses at our Eastdale, Daylesford site, situated about 6km from Gweru central business district.

 

Each unit consists three bedrooms, of which the master has an ensuite, plus the lounge, dining and a kitchen.

 

The houses have marley roof tiles, are fitted with wardrobes and cupboards. Among the additionals is a four-plate stove and 150litre solar geyser.

How to join

 

 

1. You pay $50 joining fee

 

2. Deposit $3450 and sign a Memorandum Of Understanding with our lawyers.

 

3. Then you start paying $396 monthly installments for 15 years.

 

 

You move in as soon as the houses are complete, but title deeds will only be available after full payment has been made.
